A conference that grew out of a master’s program
SEA-DR began as one of the strengths of the IMPOME master’s program at Universitas Sriwijaya (2010–2015). It has been held since 2013 and now travels between universities and countries, run by a consortium of the PMRI national team.
Alongside design research methods, the conference brings RME/PMRI and PISA to the table as the content that research is built around.

Every year, a new host
From Palembang to Padang, Banjarmasin, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Melbourne, and Jakarta. Each edition is run by a different team, with proceedings or recordings you can still open today.
